He is an expert in the Industrial sector covering Manufacturing, Automobile, Mining, Metals, Chemical, Process, Energy, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, Aviation, Defense and Aerospace sectors in India and the Middle East.
He has serviced clients covering Fortune Global MNCs, family-owned conglomerates MSMEs and start-ups across various geographies and executed over three hundred successful senior level corporate search assignments. Sanjay has experience working on latest technological platforms.
He has managed Key Accounts and Project Managed multiple HR programs covering Executive Search, Project Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Leadership Development, Psychometric assessments, Training & Development, Employee engagement etc.
Sanjay has personally anchored over 200 training programs covering more than 3000 corporate executives in India and the Middle East. He built and expanded businesses in India and the Middle East covering Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman and United Arab Emirates. Established legal entities in GCC countries as the Regional Head forming 100% owned subsidiaries as well as Joint Ventures with influential local businesses. He has managed multi country P&L as a Regional Director for the GCC countries.
Sanjay established and built his own business and ran it for 5 years with offices in UAE & INDIA.
Sanjay conceptualized and built a Global Oil and Gas vertical with team members and clients spread across continents. Completed multiple assignments involving cross-border movement of professionals covering Upstream, Mid-Stream and Downstream skills and competencies.
For a brief period during the dotcom downturn, he evaluated the career transition market in India focused on out-placements.
Sanjay is based in Pune, Maharashtra in India and lives with his spouse Neeloo. They have two daughters – Sharmistha is 28 and is a Manager with a Big 4 firm in Dubai. Nitanya is in the final year of her studies in Fashion Communication & Styling in Mumbai.
