Rituparna Acharyya is an Associate Principal with The Taplow Group S.A, focuses on the not-for – profit and philanthropy sector practice of the firm. She holds a Bachelor's degree in History from Lady Shri Ram College (Delhi University) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Relations from Bhartiya Vidya Bhawan, New Delhi.
Rituparna joined the executive search industry few years back. She has demonstrated success in delivering complex and high-level searches for clients in the social impact sector across Asia and Africa. Her expertise lies in not just identifying the right talent from within the development sector space, but equally poised in evangelizing private sector candidates and helping them cross –over to the Non-Profit sector.
Prior to joining The Taplow Group S.A, Rituparna worked with The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC) for eight year across various roles - Branch Banking, Customer Relationship Management, International Trade and Foreign Exchange Services, Commercial Banking for Small and Medium Enterprises (SME Sector).
