Ritu Mahajan brings over two decades of industry experience in HR, specializing in Talent Acquisition and Capacity Building. She is recognized for her commitment to quality, accountability, and rigorous monitoring. Through these strengths, she has consistently driven efficiencies and maximized ROI in all her professional undertakings across projects and companies.
Over the span of her career, Ritu has worked with organizations from diverse sectors such as Education, Telecom, and Not for Profit. Prior to joining The Taplow Group, India, she was the Director of HR & Alumni Engagement at the India Leaders for Social Sector (ILSS). As Director, she spearheaded HR practices and the placements of C-Suite corporate leaders across India, helping them navigate a smooth transition into the social sector.
A seasoned professional in the industry, Ritu is deeply passionate about coaching and nurturing future talent. In this pursuit, she has frequently collaborated with universities and educational institutions to share her expertise and offer mentorship.
Ritu is a graduate from the University of Delhi and holds a Master’s in Business Administration. Outside of work, she is a proud mother of two daughters, an avid traveller, and a dedicated yoga enthusiast.
