Pankaj carries more than 27 years of experience having worked in different parts of the Country and the United Arab Emirates after having started his journey with NIIT LTD in New Delhi.
Pankaj had earlier worked with Korn Ferry where he was heading the Consumer & Education practices Pan India. He had also worked with Kelly Services India, where he was heading the Leadership Hiring Practice Pan India based out of Bangalore wherein, he was involved in client acquisition, managing, and building deep rooted client relationships.
In his various roles/organizations, Pankaj has been accountable for the Top Line and Bottom Line of business units/industry sectors, Pan India apart from building a team of professionals between NCR, Mumbai & Bangalore
Prior to Kelly Services India, he was worked with a Boutique Search Firm, Grassik Search Pvt LTD, based out of New Delhi anchoring the Hospitality & Services business vertical and later on the Manufacturing business vertical as a Business Head.
Pankaj has spent the majority of his professional tenure with Randstad India (Ma Foi) anchoring P&L responsibilities across different businesses and geographies in India and The UAE.
Pankaj is a graduate in Commerce from Delhi University and a PG in Human Resources from AIMA, New Delhi.
Pankaj hails from Assam and is married with a son of 8.6 years and enjoys travelling to different destinations, playing & watching various sports and is a foodie.
