Jayshree is a Behavioral Coach, a Learning Facilitator and OD Consultant. She is passionate about working with people individually and in groups to help them achieve clarity, build skills, be result focused, accountable and maximize their personal and professional potential. She blends coaching and learning interventions while working at individual and group levels to bring about enduring positive changes.

She has over 19 years of experience leading programs focused on developing people and building organizational talent. Her previous full-time assignments as a HR professional included Google, Future Group, Yum! (KFC Brand) and Bain & Co.

At The Taplow Group, she led setting up people policy and processes including performance management processes. She supports the team with people related interventions.

As a Coach, she focuses on building self-awareness, communicating with gravitas, managing self and building emotional intelligence, goal setting, Performance enhancement, career exploration, managing Stakeholders, changing the unconstructive behavioural patterns and converting the self-limiting beliefs to self-liberating beliefs.

As a Learning Facilitator, she works with professionals across corporates and non-profits. She runs workshops on Self Leadership, Nurturing Presence, conflict management, Team Alignment, Emotional Intelligence, Empathy & Resilience, Grooming new leaders, Build Your Gravitas, Communication and Presentation Skills.

As an HR & OD consultant, she helps organizations set up their people practices with an emphasis on Talent Development, Performance management processes, Competency mapping and other learning interventions. In the last few years, she was engaged in building capability development framework, Job architecture, performance review mechanism, career pathing, 360-degree assessments, L&D programs for Healthcare Technology startup, Professional services firm, renewable energy & power transmission sector, retail, and education. This involved creating new practices, revamping existing ones, building communication cascade around change, engaging stakeholders to be change advocates, driving adoption, branding, and measuring change impact.
