Anoop Semwal brings over a decade of work experience in leadership consulting with strong focus on talent acquisition & assessment across different industries and geographies. Anoop is currently associated with The Taplow Group - India as an Associate Principal and part of the founding team of India office where he concentrates on delivering leadership roles for local & global markets.
Preceding his current role he was associated with Transearch International, India office supporting the Senior Partner in delivering mandates across multiple industries. Over the years Anoop has developed competency of global searches and has successfully delivered leadership mandates across Consumer, Retail, Aviation, Engineering, Lifestyle, Education, Technology & Infrastructure etc.
Prior to Transearch International, Anoop was associated with ABC Consultants. Here he supported consultants (pan India) on searches across the verticals. This involved Talent Mapping thorough out the Globe as well as making Business Intelligence and Industry reports within & for varied industries.
Anoop started his career with Acro Service Corporation a Michigan based staff augmentation firm & delivered mandates across the North America for the Technology, Automobile & Engineering practice.
Anoop holds a PGDBM from NIILM- New Delhi and is a Commerce Graduate from HNB University.
