Adarsh Aaron brings over a decade of work experience in leadership consulting with strong focus on talent acquisition & assessment across different industries and geographies. Adarsh has re-joined The Taplow Group India as an Associate Principal.
Preceding his current role he was associated with Novo Nordisk as Senior Leadership Search Advisor and was hiring for their International Operations.
Earlier he was associated with Stanton Chase International for 4 years and worked in sectors like Manufacturing, Industrial, Engineering, Power and Oil & Gas. He was core member of the research team and handled execution of the assignments in the sectors mentioned. He worked on searches at the “CXO” level leveraging his search and human capital background to advice clients on strategic leadership solutions.
Before joining Stanton Chase International, he was associated with Cornell Executive Search, IKYA Search Partners and the Global Knowledge Management Centre of Heidrick & Struggles.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Delhi University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from IMT Ghaziabad.
He is an avid follower of cricket and loves watching infotainment channels.
